Renapulv

Overview

Renapulv is a bicarbonate haemodialysis concentrate supplied in powder form. Part A is a dry acid concentrate and Part B a sodium bicarbonate powder, with Part C supplied as acetic acid; all three are made up with quality water at the unit rather than shipped as liquid concentrate.

Renapulv is formulated for 45X three-stream haemodialysis machines. Part C is made up with the Part A solution to a total of 25 gallons, and each pack covers five four-hour sessions. Because the concentrate travels as powder rather than solution, one 20-foot container carries enough Renapulv for 10,000 to 11,000 sessions — a substantial reduction in freight, handling and storage against the equivalent volume of liquid concentrate.

Renapulv is manufactured from BP/EP/USP-grade ingredients in free-flowing form for rapid, uniform mixing with minimal residue, and packed in leak-proof LDPE.
